Athena goes BOB and BOS in California

Carlotta and Athena took the weekend! Saturday she went Best of Opposite and Sunday Best of Breed. Really proud of this team. Wish they lived a little closer so I could party with them. Good job!
Seren is a new Champion!
Seren, Fox River Sunshiney Days, earned her last points the end of April 2025 to finish her breed championship. She is working on her grand championship now. Excellent handling and grooming by her owner Correne did the trick.

The Peanuts litter is 4 weeks old!
They are seeing, hearing, and their thermostat is working. They are in the big pen now and eating softened kibble. They are up and walking all over, barking and chewing on each other. Mom, Quincy, is not nursing as much – probably because of those teeth that are in. Loving this stage. All puppies spoken for.

We miss you Winnie
Winnie, GCH CH Fox River Sweet Solitude CD BN TD RI RN CGC TKN FITB 2019 Iron Welsh Bonze, quietly and peacefully left us on Monday, April 7th. It was discovered that she had a fast growing mass in her abdomen that was inoperable. Stoic and never complaining, she waited until the last moment to tell us. She leaves a big void and her presence is very missed. November 11, 2013 – April 7, 2025.
Give your dog a big hug today.

Star and Tom NW3!

Today, April 6th Tom and Star headed to Woodstock, IL for a Nosework 3 Trial. Star rocked it going third place vehicle and third place overall. These two are an excellent team. I’m so proud of them both!
Quincy’s pups are here!

Very early the morning of March 31st, Quincy whelped her seven puppies:
Two boys (liver, liver and tan) and five girls (two black, two liver, one liver and tan). All puppies are doing just great and Quincy is the best mother.
Thank you to those of you who inquired after a puppy. I am not accepting any more applications at this time.
CH FOX RIVER TOUCH THE SKY – Geordie!
Marissa and Geordie have been an excellent team! On February 20th, they finished his championship in style at the specialty show at the Renaissance Cluster in Madison, Wisconsin with a 5 point major. What a beautiful and healthy liver-colored boy. So proud as his breeder.
